The Oriental Insurance Company has announced the recruitment notification for the posts of assistants. There is 600 numbers of vacancies available for this post. The Oriental Insurance Company Limited is a leading insurance company of India providing quality services since many years. Now, here are eligibility criteria to apply.

Educational Qualification:

A candidate must have a graduation degree in any field or should have scored 60% in all semesters. Moreover, he/she should have passed in English subject at school or college level.

Age Limit:

The age limit of candidate must be between 18 to 26 years as on 1st July 2015. In addition, the age relaxation facility will be provided to the SC/ST/OBC category candidates as per the government rules.


There is an assistant post (class 3 cadre) for 606 vacancies available.


The selected candidates of metropolitan city would be paid approximately Rs 15000 per month including all allowances.

Dates to remember:

Starting date for online registration – 10th July 2015
Last date for online registration – 28th July 2015
Written examination is expected in August 2015

Selection Process:

The aspirants will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and personal interview.

Application Fess:

The candidates must have to pay the application fees to appear for the examination. The application fee for SC/ST/PWD is Rs 50/- and Rs 500/- for General and OBC category candidates. In addition, candidates must have to pay the fees through online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card, and Internet Banking before 28th July 2015.
